We would like to put in writing how fortunate we feel to have come across your company and crew.  You were hired to repair snow damage from the storms of 2011 and simultaneously make some improvements so that our home would be more livable…you succeeded in every sense of the definition!  Our house is not only more livable, it’s more beautiful, and now truly safe.

When you began the roof work and significant unseen damage was found you handled the situation better than anyone I know (contractor or not), you truly handled like a friend.  You coached us through the process of securing funding and you helped us communicate with our insurance company for reimbursement.  Most amazing however, is you never stopped working towards the goal!

"It’s not too often that you find a company like Caps Woodworking.  Our first experience with Frank and his crew was in 2006 when they vinyl sided my home, replaced my roof, installed new windows, and a sliding glass door.   My job was started when they said and completed when they said it would be.    At the end of the day his crew insured that my yard was clean and safe for my three children to play in.  Even a year later when I had a manufacture issue with my picture window and I could not get it fixed, I contacted Frank who got me results. 
Now five years later I called Caps Woodworking to remodel two bathrooms, install hardwood floors and remodel my kitchen.  Once again the work was outstanding.  Everything seemed to flow like clockwork.  Any questions or concerns we had were answered promptly.  The guidance and hard work from Frank and his crew was appreciated.  They always went above and beyond any expectation we had and completed the work to 100% of our satisfaction.   Everyone who worked on the project was extremely professional and I can’t thank them enough for their intensive labor and talents.   At the end of each day they insured the work site was cleaned up.    
 My family loves everything that Frank and his crew did in our home!!  Everything they said they would do was true, plus more.  I couldn’t have imagined a better outcome.

"Caps Woodworking LLC. recently completed some work in our home.....tiled shower...built stairway to basement and other work that was sub contracted to an electrician (Nick Ferraro ) and plumber (John Comer)...we were very pleased with everything. Frank, Frank Jr. and Jordan arrived on time everyday and took special care to cover rugs floors and bed while they were working....when they left each day they left everything extremely clean. We would not hesitate to recommend them or to have then do other work for us since all was done in a very professional but enjoyable way....by the time they left we felt like family...."

"I don’t know how to thank you enough for the fabulous job that you did in my lower level family room, mudroom, laundry room and bathroom. Five years ago you installed a Master bathroom in my home and the job you did was excellent, that was why my husband and I decided to hire you for our recent home improvement project and we are so happy that we did.

First of all, when we you started this project I was 9 months pregnant and due to deliver within three weeks. You told me that you would have the job done in four – six weeks and would try your best to get the messy and noisy parts done early for my convenience and for the health of our newborn. In fact I went into labor early and you surprised my husband when he got home the day our daughter was born by having our baby’s bassinet put together and ready for her homecoming. It truly moved him, not only because we never expected you to do anything so thoughtful, but because you were working so hard on our home improvement project and it only reinforced what we already knew, that every step was being taken to do a great job in our home by wonderful thoughtful people. Personally, I cannot say enough great things about you and those men on your crew. Everyone was outstanding!

You did everything in your power to get the job done early, every morning by 7:30am you and your crew were downstairs working. I never had to wonder where you were, and you constantly kept us abreast of your job status, who on your crew would be working on what and if you felt that we should be concerned about anything extra that we may have not previously considered. Even when you were faced with difficulties from a vendor not fulfilling their obligations on time, rather than stopping and waiting for them to get their orders complete, you plowed right through working around their incompetence. Thus, because of your work ethic and those on your crew, the job was finished ahead of schedule and to perfection!
My family room looks brand new! The mudroom is so bright and airy now that my husband considered just turning it into an office and the bathroom is truly beautiful. You made half of our home look terrific within budget and you finished ahead of schedule. I want you to know that you will be in charge of any future home improvement projects that we may have in the future; we trust you and the men on your crew implicitly.
